HEALTHY LIVING CAMPAIGN 2013

The Healthy Living Campaign 2013 took place from October 7 to 11, 2013. This year‟s focus was on “invest in your health” with the tag line “eat, move, live”. It was facilitated by MEDEXIA Nigeria Limited and was well attended by staff and their spouses.

The aim of this campaign was to provide employees with pertinent information that will promote good health whilst preventing diseases, ensure early diagnosis of existing medical challenges, and facilitate prompt medical attention where necessary.

This Campaign which took place in locations nationwide featured medical examination of all employees and their spouses, aerobics, as well as wellness talks on key topics delivered by seasoned professionals which includes “nutrition: salt and your health” by Mrs. Iquo Ukoh, “causes and management of fibroids” by Professor Adetokunbo Fabamwo, and “work-life balance” by Dr. Lucy Surhyel Newman.
