2016 Business Ethics Day

On Friday, December 9, 2016 Total Nigeria plc commemorated the second edition of Business Ethics Day in its Head office, sales areas, plants and depots.

This year, the focus was on supply chain challenges. Staff forums were organised nationwide to foster and stimulate discussions on anti-corruption, human rights, business ethics and related topics amongst employees and other stakeholders. It was further organised to better understand the challenges we face in our operations with more emphasis on the supply chain. During the event, there were interactive panels that simulated a case study centered on educating staff on the identification of red flags and advising them on what to do when they arise.

In addition to the staff forums, other communication tools were adopted and these include posters, email banner and videos. In all it was a highly successful campaign accross locations in Total Nigeria Plc as indicated by feedbacks received.
