Excellent Aviation Fuel Services

The Aviation department of Total Nigeria Plc boasts of very strong technical support from Air Total International (ATI) Paris, which provides it with necessary expertise in terms of compliance with world standards in Jet A-1 quality control, as well as health, safety and environmental controls.
Air Total Nigeria is subjected to regular international audits in these areas to ensure conformity with the standards.

Since September 1999 when Air Total Nigeria became the first Jet A-1 marketing company in Nigeria to be ISO certified by obtaining the ISO 1993:1994 certificate covering final inspection and testing, service delivery, quality product and documentation, the pursuance of excellence has been our watch word.

In December 2003, another first was recorded when ISO 9001:2000 certification was received in respect of innovative customer satisfaction techniques.

Aviation Fuel Depots / Locations

   

TOTAL Nigeria Plc operates aviation fuel services from the following locations nationwide:

1.  LAGOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (JUHI DEPOT)

This depot facility has an installed capacity of 16000m3 and was built in 1979. Owned jointly by Total, AP, Mobil, Texaco and Conoil on a 20% basis, it has been operated and managed by Total Nigeria Plc since January 1990.

2.  TOTAL/MOBIL DOMESTIC DEPOT, LAGOS

Operated by Mobil under joint venture agreement on behalf of Total Nigeria Plc and Mobil joint partnership. It has a capacity of 500m3 and was built in 1968.

3.  ABUJA AIRPORT DEPOT

Operated by Total Nigeria Plc for Total and AP under a joint venture agreement. This has an installed capacity of 250m3 and was built in 1998

4.  PORT HARCOURT AIRPORT DEPOT

Operated by Total Nigeria Plc for Total and AP under a joint venture agreement. Has a capacity of 400m3 and was built in 1988.

5.  KANO AIRPORT DEPOT (JAFK)

Operated by Texaco under a joint venture agreement with Total, AP, and Oando.
It has an installed capacity of 2800m3 and was built in 1987.
